Return Process

  Contact our support team via the help desk within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Factory reset your Firewalla device and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all power adapters and ethernet cables.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
